SMART TURNOUT LONDON

UX Design - ECOMMERCE

Smart Turnout was a quintessential British fashion brand, that specialised in men’s watches and accessories.

The goal of this project was to improve the visual and overall usability of the online store and give a clearer portrayal of the brand. In addition to the design, I conducted user research utilizing qualitative and quantitative methodologies to identify patterns and gain consumer insights.

I used these insights to guide product design, and collaborated with teams to generate a consistent and engaging presence across all digital channels that fell in line with the brand’s aesthetic and voice; improving revenue, performance and brand awareness.

When you are sick, sometimes you need more than medicine.  An important part of recovery is comfort and that is something medicine alone does not provide. 

Introducing SEEK EXPRESS.  A unique immersive experience that helps users get well, better.

Marley’s Munch

UX Design //Product Design

This product will assist the onsite/events team in their efforts to convert customers to Marley’s Munch.  In the off chance that they still have reservations regarding signing up for Marley’s service, this tool will help them on their journey to make an informed decision and feel even more confident with their purchase. I believe this tool will also help potential customers better understand their dog’s food, and health. In addition,  it encourages/highlights transparency which is overall good brand practice. With this product the customer will understand the importance of good ingredients and the benefit of choosing Marley’s Munch over other dog food brands.

UX Design + Research // Branding

The Great Barn at Headstone Manor is a wedding and event space, nestled on lush parklands in the heart of Harrow.  Although having been there since the 16th century, no one had ever heard of it.

I live 10mins down the road and had no idea something like this was so close.

By conducting interviews, qualitative and quantitative research I developed a creative digital strategy that increased brand awareness and visibility. This included creating a brand identity, marketing materials (digital + print), developing and managing social platforms, and events. 

These mockups illustrate the UX Design I created for developing the new website based off of user research and competitive analysis.
